The Classic Business Model Canvas
The original 9-block canvas that maps your value proposition, customer segments, channels, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partners, and cost structure. The foundation that everything else builds on.
The Environmental Layer
Maps the environmental flows and impacts of your business model. What natural resources does your model consume? What does it return? Where are the environmental costs and what is your ecological value proposition?
The Social Layer
Maps the social value your model creates and the stakeholders it touches beyond customers and partners. Who benefits? Who is affected? What is your social value proposition and what social costs does your model create?
